We downloaded and used your free home backup software, and it worked GREAT!! We were looking for a solution to sync our photo files on one external hard drive to another external hard drive. The second one is a Seagate, and their software cannot "locate" another external hard drive unless it is a Seagate drive, and our first drive is a Drobo. Your free software worked great to sync the files.

Thank you again for your free software -- it is a great service to home PC users. We were wanting to keep a current backup, but doing a complete backup took a LONG time -- your sync software is the perfect solution.
I have tried many, many home backup software programs, some free and some purchased. Can you believe that all had some type of problem(s) that made it difficult, or impossible to receive a good clean backup that I could trust! I downloaded your GFI Backup 2009 a few weeks ago and I was very pleased to find that your software is great!!
Examples:
- When I check a folder to back up I mean everything in the folder each time I backup. When I later add some files & folders to this folder I expect them to be backed up the next time I run the program. A very large number of backup software programs will not do this!
- I find all kind of software errors in different programs, i.e. failure writing to disk, will not verify and when it does it finds problems that do not exist, they want to backup my entire drive and I want to select the files & folders, etc., etc.
- Yes, I have tried the big, expensive boys... Roxio, Nero. You should be very proud that you have programmers that can think logically.
I could go on and on... I will continue to use only your software if you will continue to support it. I really appreciate your software! Thank You
