Keeping all messages in MSSQL allows for easy backup and restoration. It also allows us to handle customer disputes very quickly and to stop misuse of company IT resources. The search function needs an OR option when adding search criteria, but other than that, great product. Technical support is outstanding. We honestly could not comply with FDIC retention policies, or our own policies, without it.
