GFI Software, a leading infrastructure provider for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), today announced that its email archiving product, GFI MailArchiver, now supports Outlook 2010, Microsoft’s latest email client in the Office 2010 product suite.
GFI MailArchiver is an email archiving solution that allows administrators to maintain an archive of all corporate email correspondence, to significantly reduce the demands on the Exchange server, to manage and reduce the company’s dependency on PST files and also to meet a growing number of regulations on compliance, eDiscovery and other legislation. GFI MailArchiver stores all email in a central location, easily accessible in two ways: through a folder in your user's Outlook email client, or by using a web browser. It integrates closely with Outlook and it avoids the use of stub files.
The latest version fully supports Outlook 2010 in both 32-bit and 64-bit and is one of the first email archiving products to support the email client that ships with Microsoft’s latest suite, Office 2010. GFI also supports the latest Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft Exchange 2010, using Microsoft’s recommended Journaling technology.
