USA – Raleigh
CRM Administrator - Ref: USCRMA
Forming part of GFI's IT department, this role is integral to the sales and support processes of the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the IT team in managing Salesforce.com CRM system and the evolution of the system. The CRM Administrator is responsible for system administrative tasks of the CRM system, as well as ensuring that leads and other commercial information are properly entered. To do this you will need to conduct ongoing identification and implementation of Salesforce.com productivity enhancements, field all CRM user questions; address, delegate or elevate cases to IT Operations or to salesforce.com support, and provide administrative support of CRM to Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, Order Processing and Customer Service Departments.
You will also need to assist in the identification of the key metrics that drive sales and ensure those metrics are being captured, analyzed and reported in CRM and identify, measure and eliminate barriers to sales success through the use of CRM and assist in report preparation for executive management.
To succeed in this role you will need an excellent working knowledge of and previous experience implementing/administering Salesforce.com; strong data analysis and project management skills; the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks. A degree in business,engineering or science is required whilst reengineering experience and a working knowledge of programming languages (Java script, SQL, XML, etc.) is desirable.
Regional Sales Manager - Inside Sales - Ref:USRSM
High-energy sales personnel with aggressive hunting skills to acquire new business, as well as, grow existing business, from prospecting stage through to closing the deal are needed to join our fast paced US Sales Team. Applicants must have the ability to thrive in a competitive, quota driven environment as an individual contributor or team member. They will also need to be able to assemble a thorough knowledge of the prospects’ key players; in order to uncover needs and present products, services and strategic solutions to meet those needs. The role will require maintaining quality contacts with key decision makers as designated to that opportunity in the pipeline and learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of GFI products and technologies, competitive products and technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential combined with previous experience in a sales environment, preferably in software sales, and an ability to ‘close the deal’.
Technical Support Rep - Ref: USTSR
The Technical Support Representative works directly with customers through phone and/or email to answer questions regarding GFI Software and telephony hardware operation. The ideal candidate will have a 2 yr. Degree or equivalent work experience, Windows NT/2000 experience a must, Windows 2003/MS Exchange/Fax and Telephony skills a plus. Position also requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

HelpDesk Specialist - Ref: MTHDS
Forming part of GFI's IT team, the main responsibilities of this role are internal end-user troubleshooting and 1st line support on the company's IT infrastructure. Support must be provided via face-to-face, telephone or remote admin tools. This opportunity provides a career path within IT and provides the ability to learn new skills. The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge of PC hardware, Windows Operating Systems, networking, MS office, etc and must possess troubleshooting, analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure. Applicants must hold a related qualification such as Higher National Diploma in IT or Microsoft MCDST and at least 1 year experience in a similar post. A Microsoft and / or Cisco qualifications will be considered an asset. This is a full-time post.

C++ Software Developers - Ref: MTCSD
Have you ever wondered how technologies such as spam and virus filters work? Interested in search and indexing on terabytes of email data? Does the prospect of working on software products which run on tens of thousands of installations out there give you a rush of adrenalin? Then this is the job for you! As part of GFI's team of software developers, you will work with the latest tools and develop software for Microsoft server applications - including Windows 2008, Exchange Server and Forefront Threat Management Gateway. Your work will involve developing cutting edge technologies such as email and web content filtering.
Knowledge of object oriented programming is a must, and while experience in Windows C++ programming will be considered an asset, candidates with knowledge of C++ programming on other platforms such as Linux, or knowledge of other object oriented languages such as C# or Java, and an eagerness to learn Windows C++ programming will also be considered. This is a full-time post.
Graphic Designer / Art worker - Ref: MTGDAW
As part of GFI’s Global Marketing Team based in Malta, you will be responsible for developing and presenting creative proposals and final artwork for our range of marketing material. You will be expected to adhere to corporate identity standards. Sound knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Freehand and Fireworks is essential and experience with Dreamweaver, Flash, PowerPoint, HTML and XML will be considered an asset. You must also have a full understanding of prepress and print production and preferably eMarketing and web design and production. You should have prior experience in taking a project from initial brief through to final production and be able to work just as well alone or as part of a team. Excellent communication and coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and fluency in spoken and written English are essential. The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar role. To excel in this exciting new team you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in Dutch (ideally at Native level) is required for the Benelux region and English is a must for both roles. Fluency in any other language would be an asset.
